High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

A delicious and healthy recipe combining high-protein shrimp with the savory twist of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and black pepper, and mix well.
  5. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
