- 1 cup black beans
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pot and chop into pieces.
- In the same pot, add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the diced chicken ham, black beans, cumin, smoked paprika, and chicken broth.
