  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis to create noodles and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.

  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles are tender.
