- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
