1 package of Twix bars
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, whip the heavy cream and spread it on top of the cheesecake.
Garnish with chopped Twix bars.
