  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, whip the heavy cream and spread it on top of the cheesecake.
  9. Garnish with chopped Twix bars.
