Turtle Cheesecake

Turtle Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate, caramel, and pecans.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Make sure to chill the cheesecake completely for a firmer texture.
