  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Let cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
