  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked pasta, mixing well.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt.
