Tomato Basil Salmon Pasta

A delicious and easy recipe for Tomato Basil Salmon Pasta that’s perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add salmon fillets, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove salmon and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Break the salmon into chunks and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta and fresh basil. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
