  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce if desired.
