  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the mangoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. Finely chop the jalapeño and cilantro.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mango, cucumber, bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and black pepper.
