Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
