1 pound ground turkey
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, minced garlic, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite sauce or sides.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
