- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
