Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta

A flavorful and satisfying pasta dish featuring juicy steak and a spicy garlic sauce.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, season the flank steak with salt and red pepper flakes, then sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the pan and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the cooked pasta and sliced steak, tossing to combine.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
