- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add corn and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti and bacon, then add Parmesan cheese and stir well.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
