Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
