Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup warm water (adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Stir in the sourdough discard and olive oil.
  3. Gradually add warm water until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes.
