  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Remove the beef, shred it, and return to the cooker.
