  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet until browned on all sides.
  3. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker and pour the garlic butter over it.
  4. Add thyme, rosemary, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
