- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, and cook until browned.
- Stir in chicken ham, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Spread the turkey mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Top with mashed potatoes, spreading evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
