  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the oven for a few minutes.
