  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the oven for a few minutes.
  6. Assemble the pitas with lettuce, sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and tzatziki sauce.
