Ingredients

  • 8 ounces flat rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the sauce mixture and add the noodles, stirring to combine.
  6. Mix in bean sprouts and green onions, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
