- 8 ounces flat rice noodles
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and add the noodles, stirring to combine.
- Mix in bean sprouts and green onions, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
