  • 12 large shell pasta
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, shrimp, crab, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Cover with marinara sauce and sprinkle with extra mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to not overcook the pasta as it will continue to cook in the oven.
  • For added flavor, consider adding some lemon zest to the filling.
