- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
- Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite seafood – scallops or fish can also be used.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
