- 8 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until opaque. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 sheets of lasagna noodles, half of the seafood mixture, and half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles on top.
- Spread remaining marinara sauce over the top, and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
- Make sure the seafood is fresh for the best taste.
