  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the pastry into strips and place some of the beef mixture on one end.
  5. Roll the pastry around the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • For added flavor, include herbs or cheese in the beef mixture.
