  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  6. Add cooked noodles, toss to combine, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. If desired, stir in chili paste for heat.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
