Salmon Spinach Pasta Dish

A delicious and easy-to-make salmon and spinach pasta dish that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Return the flaked salmon to the skillet, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss to combine.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
