1 cup dark rum
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup coconut oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, combine dark rum, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the pineapple rings, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
