  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham to the skillet and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Mix the cooked rigatoni into the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt for about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For added flavor, you can sauté some onions and bell peppers with the turkey bacon.
