  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, turkey bacon, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  5. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
