  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add the sliced flank steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over everything. Toss to combine, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
