  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yolks with pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, mustard, turkey bacon, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg white halves with the pumpkin mixture.
