  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool before removing it from the pan.
  7. For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
