Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
