Pretzel Chicken with Mustard-Cheddar Sauce

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the pretzel mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cheddar cheese, mustard, and honey. Heat until melted and smooth.
  6. Serve the chicken drizzled with the mustard-cheddar sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes.
