Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped green onions

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 package frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in green onions and garlic, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the soy sauce, potstickers, mushrooms, and bok choy, cooking for 10 minutes.
