- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
