  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and cool.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, onion, parsley, and turkey bacon to the bowl.
