Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
