This pasta dish combines the sweetness of burst tomatoes with the savory flavor of turkey bacon for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes burst.
  4. Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir in fresh basil before serving.
