Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cherry tomatoes.
  3. Cook until the tomatoes burst and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomatoes.
  5. Gently mix in burrata cheese and chopped basil, then season with salt and pepper.
