PASTA Thai

Pasta Thai combines the delightful flavors of traditional Thai cuisine with the comforting texture of pasta, creating a dish that is sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, crushed

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 20 minutes or until softened.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar to create the sauce.
  3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the softened noodles and sauce to the skillet, stir-frying until everything is well combined.
  5. Add in the chili, bean sprouts, and green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro and crushed peanuts before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the fish sauce and use extra soy sauce.
  • You can add your choice of proteins like chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
