- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 slices bacon
- 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then layer 4 lasagna noodles, half the turkey mixture, half the ricotta, half the mozzarella, and half the bacon. Repeat the layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
