Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

A rich and savory lasagna layered with turkey, bacon, and Parmesan garlic flavor.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then layer 4 lasagna noodles, half the turkey mixture, half the ricotta, half the mozzarella, and half the bacon. Repeat the layers.
  5. Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Use low-fat cheese for a lighter version.
  • Add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for more nutrition.
