- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
