- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup small pasta, such as orzo
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
