One Pot Ground Turkey Pasta

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious one pot meal featuring ground turkey and pasta.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. Add ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover pot, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.
