One Pot Creamy Mac

A deliciously creamy one pot mac and cheese dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, add macaroni and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Add chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Serve hot, topped with chopped turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon and use vegetable broth.
  • Adjust cheese types according to taste.
