- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add orzo, chicken broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
